This painting is quite abstract (I was wondering whether I should put it here or with the others in the abstract -geometrical category). Judging by the fact that it is quite possible to distinguish basic elements of the landscape (such as the sea, the big church on the left, the small island at the right etc.) I put it here.
Actually, it is an abstract version of a smaller one (study) from the same view. You can see the second painting in the gallery below.
This is a cubistic work based on the works of Braque, Picasso, etc... I tried to use a similar color range but didn't remain faithful to the cubistic look as i added some human figures falling down inside a gap that rans and continually grows from the very top of the image to the bottom. The word "sack" was to be interpreted with both meanings...
The painting must be considered as a study rather than an original work.
